On 12th January 2010, the manager of Russian Fortune Way Technology Limited (FWT) Mr. Grishin Alexander visited Beijing King & Bond Law Firm to have a co-operation talk with Mr. Lei Pei, the managing partner of King & Bond.

     During the talk, Mr. Alexander fully described the business scope and the future plan of FWT. As a brand new intermediary company in Sino-Russian trade, he stated, to establish a Representative Office in Beijing would be a good way to attract the domestic investors attention in order to give an increase of investment. Thus, the company calls for the legal service on establishing the representative offices by foreign companies. After his introduction, Mr. Pei drew a vivid picture of the rapid development of our foreign-related services. In particular, he pointed out not only the rich experiences in solving the legal problems on international trade, the legal issues related to foreign corporations in China and the establishment of representative offices, but the advantage of high-quality services based on the fact that individual files are initially assessed and assigned to the lawyer with the appropriate specialty and expertise.

     Later in the day, Mr. Pei concluded: With foreign trade continuing to expand in China, many foreign companies need to set up branches or representative offices. Therefore, the key step would be the related legal services offered by the law firms. Pursuant to such specific circumstance, King & Bond will further expand overseas markets, strengthen transnational cooperation, and ultimately, guarantee to provide the foreign companies the relative legal services with high quality and efficiency.
